Dreams Reward Points Program

 

Program Start Date: 1st October 2021

How it works:

  1. Purchase: For every RM1 worth of purchase, members of Dreams Home Furnishings earn 1 reward point.
  2. Reviews: For every review, members of Dreams Home Furnishings earn up to 100 points.
    • Reviews with only delivery details - 5 points
    • Text reviews related to products - 50 points
    • Reviews related to products and with photos of products attached - 100 points
  3. Point redemption: Reward points can be redeemed for use in purchases at Dreams Home Furnishings. The conversion rate is: 200 points = RM1.
  4. Members can earn extra points through special promotions and events.

 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Reward point is exclusively for Dreams Home Furnishings online store (http://www.dreamshf.com).
  2. Reward point is not exchangeable for cash.
  3. Reward point is awarded from product purchases, excluding shipping fees and any other discounts.
  4. Awarded reward point will be reflected in your account within 48 hours after delivery completion.
  5. In cases of refunds and returns, points will be deducted from your account.
  6. Dreams Home Furnishings has the right to exclude certain products from the reward points program.
  7. The reward points program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another program by the Dreams Home Furnishings.
  8. The Dreams Home Furnishings reserves the right to suspend or revise the reward points program, or offer new service features to it.

 

Calculation Example:

  1. For every RM1 spent on purchase, you will earn 1 reward point. As an example, you can earn 200 reward points by spending RM200 (excluding delivery & payment charges).
  2. For every 200 points earned, you will be able to redeem RM1 on normal price items (i.e. 200 points = RM1 ; 400 points = RM2 and so on).
  3. For redemption of discounted items, the points redeemed will also be discounted at the same percentage.

Example

Purchase item A: Original price RM100, Promotion price RM90 (10% off).

If you would like to redeem 200 points during checkout, the redemption value will be RM0.90 (RM1 x 10% off).
