Q. How do I make a purchase online?
- Please follow these steps:
- Click “Add to cart” button on the product(s) you wish to purchase.
- When you are ready to make payment, click on the shopping cart icon (second icon on the right hand corner).
- Select “Checkout” to proceed to payment page.
- You will now arrive at a login page where you need to log into your account using your username and password. For new customers, you will need to register and create an account.
- Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and proceed to click “Next”.
- Select a shipping method and click “Next”.
- Choose your payment method and click “Next”.
- Review your billing details and agree on the terms and conditions.
- Click on “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q. How to change my account information and shipping address?
- Log into your account
- Click on “Account Maintenance”
- Edit your account information and shipping address here.
Q. I forgot the password for my account. How do I retrieve it?
- On the login page, click on the “Lost Password?” button and insert the email that was used to register your account. Click “Submit”.
- A verification token will be sent to your email address. Using the token, you will be able to create a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on “pending” status. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email subject as “Request to cancel order” to inform us about the order cancellation. Orders that are “in shipping” or “shipped” cannot be cancelled.
Q. What is the transaction currency?
All prices and transactions are in RM (Ringgit Malaysia).
Q. How long does the delivery usually take?
Delivery usually takes about 7 days to 14 business days.
